We are A Parva and we are Ángela and Alba, two journalists with culinary curiosity who decided to give a new twist to our professional future in 2020. And we did it by opening a canteen inside the San Agustín market, where we try to reflect the values we think municipal marketplaces have: local and seasonal products, a business rooted in its neighbourhood and a small scale economy.
