Vegetarian for 10 years before becoming vegan 4 years ago. Prior to that I worked in the agricultural industry so I know about what happens in the production of meat, dairy and eggs. One day I watched Vegucation on Netflix, which just spelt out everything I already knew. Next day I went vegan and I’ve not looked back. I feel better in myself (physically) and my weight has stabilized. I’m currently travelling the world with my vegan partner and although it has been difficult at times (currently in South America), we have not wavered from our beliefs. We use the Happy Cow app all the time!
