I have had a passion for cooking from a young age so I went to culinary school. I worked in Sandals & Disney Cruises among other companies where I worked along chefs from all over the world. & cultivated my interest in international cuisine. As a vegan, I was conflicted about cooking animal products so I quit my job & took a risk by opening my own 100% plant-based vegan restaurant. I chose Antigua to promote healthy eating habits and show everyone that being vegan does not mean sacrificing taste.
