Happy to be vegetarian =) and! I would like to make new veggie friends lol I am veggie, but I do not consume egg or gelatin. And I love baking...and yeah, veggie ppl can bake with out egg..gosh, Thats one question i have to convince non veggies abt lol So yeah, let me know if your looking for an eggless cake. =)
