Hi all! I’m currently looking to ease back into the veg world. I was mostly WFPB for about four months, for health reasons, in 2021 but had trouble maintaining it when life got more stressful and I was travelling. But, I love the food and the way it makes me feel! And it’s great to know that I’m causing less suffering and damage to the planet when I eat that way, as well.
