Hi my name is Shanta and I am the owner of The Green House, a small eco-friendly restaurant in Santiago de Compostela. I describe myself as a global nomad having emigrated eleven times! I have lived here in Northern Spain for 3 yrs and was missing good spicy Asian food so I decided open my own place serving all my favourite street and soul food for vegans vegetarians and flexitarians. My eldest daughter Kashna who lives here with me helps out with the food prep, photos and social media.
