I love being vegan and to meet fellow vegans, to share in the delights of vegan food. I love cooking and have been a more creative cook since becoming vegan in 2016. Walking past butchers, dining with meat eaters etc will always be difficult. I’ve learnt how to cope, as it caused me distress for a while.
