From her long-time personal vegetarian lifestyle, Mami, owner and photographer, is convinced with the difference fresh juice brings to one’s skin and health in general. Fresh juice is not just a nectarous drink but also the best luxury anyone can provide to his or her body. In July 2012, we opened our first juice bar/café in Aoyama with a driving force of providing a place where one can consume a balanced nutritious meal and share the sparks of joy of propelling juice into one’s lifestyle.
