I own and run Rex's Bar in Radovljica, Slovenia. Originally from London, my husband and I moved to Slovenia with our two small children in 2018 after spending four days here! We fell in love with the country, its food and incredible nature. We now work remotely for most of the year, but in the summer months we run Rex's Bar - our converted vintage caravan food truck - at Eco River Camp, Slovenia's most beautiful boutique campsite, right on the banks of the Sava River. Rex's Bar is totally veggie and has lots of vegan options too - something that's really important for us and for the Eco travellers who we serve :). In our spare time we are renovating an old farmhouse, which will (eventually!) become a family friendly hotel, with a touch of English Country glamour!
