I converted to a plant-based lifestyle during the COVID lock-in of 2020 after years on a meat-forward low-carb diet. I feel so much better and enjoy all my meals. Best of all, no more fear of carbs. I also purchased a lunch cafe that serves lots of vegetarian items. So now I am busy trying to add more vegan items to the menu. The shop is called Naturally Cafe and is located in the beautiful village of Gruene in New Braunfels, Texas.
