I became fully vegan in the last year after really struggling with trying to figure out why my stomach felt like a bear was ripping it out every time I ate something. This started happening a few months after I gave birth to my daughter, who is now 10 years old. It turns out I am now allergic to dairy and sensitive to gluten. Vegan has really been the best thing that has happened to my diet, however. I feel great and I’m not struggling with it at all.
