I am vegan from long time. I created a Brand " ionontimangio" to help animals. I am a freelance vegan cook and at the moment I am working in my new home Vegan Restaurant ionontimangio in the countryside of Sassari. I start-studying Vegan cousin in 2016 in Academy in Milano " Funny Veg Academy and after with 3 important vegan Chef . I worked in Simbiosys Ibiza and in various Restaurants and I Done street Vegan food too in Sardinya.
