WFPB since June 2024. Loving this journey. Enjoy trying vegan restaurants. But there aren’t enough locally. Have tried some vegan restaurants : Plant City in Providence Garden Grille in Pawtucket Wild Flour in Pawtucket (It’s a cafe/bakery. Not strictly vegan. Many GF choices. Right next door to the Garden Grille.) Sprout and Lentil in Middletown Root in Newport I enjoy preparing home cooked meals for my husband and myself. Adult kids still at home are carnivores, lol. They mostly cook their own meals but they do occasionally taste and enjoy the vegan food that I cook. Zero vegan family members except for a mostly vegan brother in law in New York. Zero vegan friends. Open to meeting new friends. Retired at an early age. Husband recently retired. Like walking and exploring new places. Trying to live a minimalist lifestyle. Nothing fancy- just the basic necessities. Places that I have been include but not limited to are: Canada - More times than I can count. Mexico Portugal - St. Miguel, Lisbon, Madeira France Florida and all of the New England states
