Hi! I am an elementary teacher and I have been vegan for ~5 years. One of my favorite things to do is find and try new/new-to-me vegan foods and restaurants. I love to travel and I am always down for spontaneous trips with my best friend. I live in Virginia, but I also spend time in New York and Florida throughout the year.
