I went vegan over 27 years ago and have loved seeing how mainstream the lifestyle is becoming. I could never have imagined the resources we have now. Being vegan then involved a lot ... a real lot ... of cooking and endless shopping trips because of all that label reading. And still with how tough it was then my one regret is that I didn't do it earlier. It's the best thing I ever did and it's a joy still.
