I was raised as a carnivore eating Sothern Californian. On family vacations we would always eat vegetarian to accommodate my brother in law.; he eats fish. During the vacations, I would always say, “i like this food, i could become a vegetarian!” On a bet from my daughter, ~ 18 years ago, she said to me, “daddy, you could not!” That was almost 2 decades ago; great decision to go veggie!
