I was vegetarian for 35 years and had seafood from time to time One day I thought that this was hypocritical on my part .So on my 73rd Birthday at 12:00 am became strict vegan Now in my 5 th year It is a nuisance to others , but I make it as discreet as possible not to annoy those around me Simply said «  I do not eat my friends and I am against exploitation of any sort «
