I'm vegetarian since the age of 13 and vegan since the age if 40. What an exciting new world i entered while becoming vegan. Love it! I was and still am the only one in my family, they thought it would just be a phase of a teenager, but finally had to accept that I will not go back. I also had 2 very healthy kids in the meantime. Everything is possible, with a balanced diet.
