I am a chef and pastry chef with Masters's degree from Vienna. Whole-food plant-based vegan since 2013. Diet coaching with the Vitalakademie in Vienna. Started a plant-based cooking school in 2019 on the Central Coast of New South Wales. During the un-planed closure due to covid19 restrictions, I started a meal-box service. Classes have started again and the meal service is also continuing. Wholistic Medical practitioners utilise my workshops. Learning to cook and integrate more plant foods is a crucial part of getting healthy. I have a great passion for a healthy plant-based lifestyle and love sharing it.
