I am a plant-based chocolatier and I make chocolate with the following lifestyle-labels: organic, plant-based, vegan, raw, raw vegan and kosher. Unique is the way I am making colored chocolate from vegetables, herbs, fruits and flowers. With this colored chocolate I create beautiful bars and bonbons, each one is truly a piece of art. I worked worldwide in Hotel and Tourism industry and speak Frisian, Dutch, English, German, French and a little Russian. Today I follow my passion making organic plant-based chocolate which I sincerely believe is health enhancing.
