Was Vegan many years ago and got sidelined by family that would not allow it while I lived with her ( mom). So me and my children had to eat what was served.. for years after.. kids grown up now I am on my own again and have no one to answer to except the Great Spirit Above.. So I will be going VEGAN again FOR LIFE. I do not have any of the social media things I dont like them. So just Write to me if you want to and i will try to write back
