I am Chiara , me and my husband Enrico are running the foodtruck and also a cafe which is next to the foodtruck. Enrico is mostly doing this business. I am vegan that’s why it was important to me to have the same food also for vegans. We try to do our best to also have almost the same price for the vegan food even if it’s always a bit more expensive.
