I'm a long-time vegan based in the SF Bay Area and Portugal. I love exploring and supporting vegan restaurants and visionary vegan entrepreneurs. I write, record and perform music inspired by my vegan journey, including vegan songs for kids with my band "Charity and the JAMband", anthropocene-inspired rock with my band "The Invisible Bee", and even a theme song for HappyCow! I also practice and teach Meditation and Qigong and incorporate vegan ethics into my teaching. I'm super grateful to HappyCow for making it easy to be vegan wherever I go.
