hi, we are associaçao caldeira negra, a non-profit organisation which promotes sustainable living, and more specifically sustainable food. Sustainable food for us is local: we buy fresh products from local producers, as much as we can vegan: no meat means less polution and more happy animals, we find vegan food the most inclusive (fit for almost all lifestyles, religions, ...) the only animal in our kitchen are the humans cooking up the vegetables biological: no chemicals, no problems, just good food
