I am a retired engineer from the New York area and a vegetarian for the past forty years. I now spend my time traveling, mostly in Asia and writing novels. I like to swim, hike, workout, snorkel, relax at hot springs, and dance salsa (still learning). I have been studying Mandarin for a while. My French is rusty, and my German even rustier.
