I am a children’s book author (Wiatt The Vegan Pirate, etc.), magazine publisher (New Mexico Vegan, 1…2…Vegan(Kids)), vegan advocate, podcast host, Vegan Pulse, speaker, and certified vegan nutrition coach, vegan chef (Cooking With Compassion), as well as the founder and organizer of the Red & Green VegFest Albuquerque. I recently founded a non-profit status (501-C3) Sprouting Compassion, which has several programs to engage individuals on the Vegan Lifestyle. My goal is to create a more compassionate cruelty free world. Personal mantra is: ‘Live with Compassion, Eat without Violence’.
