We are Jerome & Jessica, founders of Aovara LLC. We serve plant based food in Old San Juan. Our new restaurant is Aliado Bar y Aperitivo. When we are not working, we enjoy spending time in the ocean and the forest. Traveling as often as possible nurtures our inspiration. As Puertoricans we look forward to expand our offerings in this beautiful archipelago and meet amazing people in that journey.
