Switched to a strict vegan diet and I love it!! I feel so much better than I used to when I ate "meat" or what they call meat in the US. I was very depressed after I was in a serious car accident. I didn't want to go anywhere out of my own bedroom. I started to really see the effect it was having on my son so I took action right away. I started first with just cutting out all meats. Then, I went to cheese, milk, & eggs. Now, I am still trying to get my diet down but it's a lot better than before. Being a vegan is a lot of work!! I never realized how much work it really would be. But, I am glad that I did it. I sometimes get frustrated when I can't find Non-GMO products or can't find a substitute for a old recipe but it's all about trial & error. :)
