I'm originally from Scotland but travelled by land and sea all over the world for nearly 20 years of my life. Having lived and worked in many places, such as Buenos Aires, Argentina + San Diego, California + Mallorca, Spain and even on a yacht in the Caribbean - lucky me😄 - I finally found the beautiful and magical New Forest in Hampshire. I absolutely love it here and am part of an amazing tribe of holistic well-being and alternative people. In 2019, I launched www.NewForestMindBodySpirit.co.uk as a way to shine a light on all the many Mind Body and Spirit events and well-being professionals in both Dorset & Hampshire. My husband is also a therapist and we eat a whole food plant-based diet.
