In all honesty, I did not start eating vegan because of animal cruelty, but because I felt cheated out of health, did not realize how much proof there was that what we eat is rubbish, thinking I was already eating healthy, did the vegan challenge after docu ‘what the health’ and never turned back after watching ‘vorks over knives’ getting my self more and more informed and informing others
