Used to be a "high end meat" eater, chasing the "good stuff" and having some meat for almost every meal. Now I've been Vegan for years. I find it funny how meat eaters (including my previous self) often say they could never go vegan. How can you know if you haven't tried, and how can you truly know what's best for you and your body if you haven't tried both? (And both with a balanced and varied diet of course) Ethically and environmentally I think most people would agree that animal agriculture is a bad thing, or at the very least that it's not a 100% good thing, but I wish people could just try it out and see for themselves both the health benefits and all the insanely good meals we actually get as vegans. We basically eat like "normal", but can tweak the dishes even further when it comes to textures and flavors👌 Do your health, the animals, the environment and your tastebuds a favor - just give it a go. One month experiment is what changed it for me, even though I had zero intention of continuing past that month: I dare more to try😉 The only regret I have is not doing it sooner! Go vegan🌱
