Certified by a vegan culinary academy, I like to explore the international vegan cuisine as well as create veganized versions from the Palestinian cuisine. I co-created “La2baneh”, the first vegan labneh in Palestine. I rescue street animals with Baladi- Palestine Animal Rescue Team.
