Everything is about balance... So our restaurant offers non-veg, veg food and vegan food. We work a lot the last couples of months to fond some days to to adjust indian meals to the vegan diet. By not forcing anybody, many non-veg customers try the vegan meals and like it, discovering an other way to eat.
