We truly appreciate your comments about the quality of the service and about the location that is one of our main features as it offers a splendid overlook on the roofs and domes of Rome. We are sorry to read your disappointment about the food and we regret to know that you didn’t appreciate the preparation of the dishes you’ve tried; we reported your comment about the cooking time of the spaghetti dish to our chef and we removed the saffron risotto from our menu in order to find a better combination of tastes. In fact we think that both the positive and negative comments have to be taken on board so we can better understand our clients’ preferences. We are afraid to know that you found the prices expensive related to the quality of the food; we only use organic ingredients purchased exclusively from trusted and certified suppliers as we are very conscious about the importance of the raw materials in our cuisine.
