I can assure you with 100% certainty that they serve no meat or any animal products, especially since they belong to an Adventist group that cannot consume meat (accoording to their interpretation of the Bible). They do make several dishes with fake meat, such as gluten/seitan (churrasco vegano), soy sausage (calabresa vegana), chickpea hot dog (salsicha vegana), and minced meat (shimeji or shiitake). In any case, I'd definitely suggest you go back and try all their fake meat products, which taste absolutely amazing.
