Dear veganBirder, Sorry to hear that but we do not use eggs in all our cuisine especially vinaigrette. surely you must have been misinformed. for the cheese section ..we have an option vegan cheese & cheese for the vegetarians..located near the salad section,,our food are 50% vegan and 50% vegetarian, we never advertised our food as organic,even though most vegetables coming from the local market are mostly organic. as for the juice ..we also have vitamin water with cucumber (alkaline) & plain purified water.
