Hey Charlie, Sory you had such a bad experience. The restaurant has moved places now. We have a different freezer now as well, as we had problems with that. The ice we do make from scratch here, live everything we cook, and that is a great tip to alter our presentation..Hope you have a great trip further, and you found some amzing vegan option.
