Hi, Thank you for your feedback. We’re really sorry to hear you didn’t enjoy your experience with us and hope we can make it up to you in the future. The QR code system is there to help customers skip the queue. Right now, it works only through our app, which is common for cafes, but we’re working on adding a website version soon. We also apologize for the mix-up with your order. Since the QR code and table systems are new to our staff, we had some trouble finding customers at first. Thankfully, we’ve gotten the hang of it now, so this shouldn’t happen again. As for the flowers, they are cleaned regularly and don’t have dust, so they’re completely safe 🙌 Thank you for letting us know how we can do better 🩷
