We are very sorry to hear the experience you had with us. We do not aprove of indelicate behaviour with the customer. We write you our apologies for the events that happened. We do not wish to justify any sort of bad behaviour but we do wish to have your understanding that we are still improving as a small vegan restaurant. We are a small place and the demand is very high. Unfortunately what might have happened was that our staff forgot you were dehydrated and an easy solution has bringing 2 glasses of water was something that hadn't cross their minds... We are in no way apologizing for the bad behaviour of throwing the dishes on the table, we just wish to explain you what might have happened for the situation you experienced regarding the water. We are still working on improving that and being more comfortable with the quantity of people we are receiving these days. We hope you reconsider visiting us in the future for another more positive memory and experience! We are very sorry for the day you had with us and wish to have another change at making a new impact! Thank you!
