Hola, had to comment to say that everything you ate has protein. All vegetables have protein, all pasta has protein and even fruit has protein. I wanted to comment because there's so much misinformation out there that we're bombarded with, like the myth that only animal products give us protein which of course is not true because ALL plant based foods have protein, so don't worry, you got your protein in. 👍😎
