The sign on the door said to attend an event. Which was a family funeral. I didn’t want to put that on my door. Please understand I have only been open for 10 months and run the business 6 days a week alone but occasionally emergencies happen. I always post on social media and put a note on my door. The first year is always the hardest and out of 10 months this was my first negative review. Give small businesses some grace as we try to work on the kinks. My space is very positive and give each customer 100% of my attention so if the phone rings and I am making a sandwich or discussing healthy alternatives, I do not answer my phone.
