First my business WILL make it. Again if you frequent small businesses you must understand the first year is very difficult and the city does not make it easy. I also have emergencies just like anyone else. I always answer my phone unless I’m with a customer. Currently I run everything until I can find suitable staff. If you followed my social media, you would see my specials and if I had to close which I have only closed early or for an entire day 5 times out of 10 months. I always put a note on my door as well on my social media page. Phoebus is full of small businesses that do the same. Before you leave negative reviews, find out why. This affects the business as well as your economy. I am very proud of my business and have regular customers who understand that right now it’s just one person running Native Soul Bar 6 days a week. We are a positive establishment offering healthy chemical free organic food, juices and smoothies. You definitely have a right to your opinion but just be mindful that business owners have occasional emergencies that require them to close
