Hello Ethan! Thank you for your indepth review. As a new business we appreciate your feedback! I am sorry that there were a few misunderstandings, we have since learned from it and try to be as clear in communicating with customers as we can! Also we recently recieved our english menus, which will make the whole process for our non-german speaking customers a lot more comfortable. Thanks again for your review.
