Thank you so very much for this thoughtful, positive review! We do our best each week to bring a different special so that we can help change minds about vegan food and that it, in fact, can be DELICIOUS!! Thanks again for eating with us and we can wait to feed you again!! ( We wish we popped up more often when searching for vegan food too...especially since we were the very first ALL VEGAN eatery here in the Texas panhandle!)
