Hi! Thank you for your review 😊 We understand that some people have different expectations from pastries, as for example most of the people love our puff pastry since it has baked frangipane with berries, vanilla cream, and fresh berries. The bagels are gluten free so unfortunately that’s the texture of a gluten free bagel. It’s the best in the market we could find 🥺🩷 The prices are based on a cost of ingredients and salaries of our employees since all the products are handmade ☺️
