Hello. I didn’t ask for anything out of the menu, just to change from spaghetti to tagliatelle for the carbonara, if that was too much to ask, you could just have said NO. Clients do not have to “thank” you for being seated and served if you are open. You offer a service for which people pay, you are not doing a favour… Sorry, but if you expect everyone to love your food and just have good reviews from every customer, you lack humility. Sorry that you took my opinion so personal. Have a nice day.
