Dear Sir/Madam My name is Tony the owner of Vina Pho Durham. A member of staff just informed me about her mistake when advising a customer about the Tofu Curry. She got a mistake when thinking that Tofu curry was cooked same ingredient with other Curry dishes. I would like to confirm that our Tofu curry is vegetarian/vegan friendly as Tofu curry just contains Coconut milk as the chef excluded whole milk when cook Tofu curry so its suitable for Vegetarian/vegan customers. We are really sorry for this mistake of staff and I will speak/training her again when advising customers.
