Hello, I'd just like to take a minute to address the issues you raised for your review. Specifically regarding animal rennet in cheeses. It seems you might have jumped to conclusions since the cheeses we use are made with "vegetable based rennet". I don't think whoever you spoke to about this (presumably a waiter) "didn't care" for your statement but rather didn't understand what you are talking about. We respect the rest of your statements but still would like to provide some insight. It is true our restaurant is not the cheapest in town and most of the reason that is the case is because we work with a lot of imported goods which are naturally higher in price. This also ties into the the reason you won't find many traditional vegetarian dishes served at ThirdEye. Because you can find them elsewhere in town and we figure we would occupy a different part of the market.
