We make a mix of traditional and unique Asian-fusion dishes from scratch and we think we have something everyone will love. Of course, we understand some of our dishes aren't for everyone. While we sell hundreds of dumplings every week, we understand ginger isn't for everyone. There isn't a lot of ginger in our dumplings, the main ingredients are bok choy, our seitan, and Chinese chives, but the ginger we use is fresh organic ginger and is more flavorful than most ginger on the market. In terms of the vanilla buttercream in our oatmeal cream pie, it is not made with crisco, it's a simple vegan vanilla buttercream we make in house. Our desserts change every week and have a large following in Cleveland, if you give us another try I'm sure you'd find something you love.
