Hy Mik I'd like to clarify LaFiambrera actually means Lunch Box, and the name of this business refers to that: Lunch Box. It's a little confusing but the meaning is Lunch Box, and they make reference to how the owners grand father use to have lunch while they were working, since they were farmers. Infact if you search for the word at the dictionary this is how is defined: "Recipiente con tapa bien ajustada, que sirve para guardar comida o llevarla fuera de casa". Thats why they very clearly say they offer all their options to go or to be consumed there, at their cozy space. Is not a vegan restaurant but they have so many things to offer: vegan burrito, vegan breakfast (they make vegan scrambled eggs if you ask, vegan cakes, humus, amazing saldas, with vegan protein such heura or edamame or Tempe...) Ask the staff they always will have something to offer, and if you pre order they make amazing lasagna to go! Hope this helps.
